Two severe dissents: ceaseless construction noise outside a room with a disappointing desk response; and a guest hit with an undisclosed five-hundred-euro post-checkout smoking charge — no agreement was signed — plus housekeeping self-entered the room, walls transmit neighboring TVs clearly, and violent morning cleaning disturbed rests.
