“Surin's boutique ritual, luggage lag”
Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket is a small, beautiful luxury resort five minutes from Surin Beach — a perfect pool and garden, large clean rooms with Apple TV and big bathrooms, an authentic western breakfast with fresh bread and must-order eggs, welcome drinks, free daytime fruit, quiet nights and ceremonial warmth — reception manager Wansa is named. One third-time guest notes service has slipped since pre-pandemic stays: a delayed bag sat in the office overnight and was only produced at noon next day when they went looking.
