La Torre del Canonigo is a loved best-stays-ever gem — a history-steeped Dalt Vila hotel with a great absolutely-stunning room, incredible staff from arrival to departure, an excellent little bar, a lovely Michelin-starred restaurant, a pool that catches the Mediterranean breeze with food and bar service, a comprehensive freshly-cooked breakfast, WhatsApp contact for easy communication, and a handy shuttle that taxis guests up and down the hill to the port; staff even helped with a yacht booking and a post-checkout shower and hairdryer. Highly recommended.
