Caveats though: two severe dissents — one prepaid five nights with breakfast included yet was told at check-in the rate had none, with the booking-platform dispute still unresolved, and another unaware of construction got sheet-rock dust and early Saturday jackhammers; the lobby entrance sit under construction with West End Avenue access only through the parking garage.
