“Ratchada's aging stay”
Three minutes from the metro with shops, dining, a night market and a convenience store downstairs, Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek draws a great pool and gym, an excellent superior-service reputation, family-fitting triple rooms and a grand five-star-looking exterior. A serious pan though: one guest felt it looked 2005 rather than new — ancient lamps, a press-to-run weak hairdryer with a melted nozzle, a creaky wardrobe, old dirty carpet and furniture, a rusted bin, and a broken elevator that left them trapped and delayed on the twenty-second floor before a flight — while another rated service very average with a rude flat refusal of any late checkout and a big-looking but limited breakfast selection.
