Connected to McCormick Place by a walkway — convenient for exhibitions Marriott Marquis Chicago is a clean comfortable good stay: a good clean room, granted connecting-room requests and easy event access. A severe dissent though: an elevator-adjacent room despite a request to avoid it, a sagging over-soft mattress, a repeatedly unanswered desk phone, promised toothbrush and slippers arriving a day late and a buffet breakfast so limited it never changed across four days a very poor-experience verdict for that guest.
