On a good overall location, Cape Town Marriott Hotel Crystal Towers is a clean tidy recommended stay for many: prompt housekeeping, a satisfactory-to-delicious many-variety breakfast, a nice ambiance and high floors overlooking Cape Town's beauty — lovely at sunrise. Serious complaints though: a refused away-from-lift request that landed beside it — ridiculous per that guest, and a hard-to-eat breakfast where staff rushed to clear plates, never offered coffee and chatted while a guest waved.
