JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou is a feels-like-home stay — a big room with an especially-comfortable nicely-made bed, a superior city-center location very close to West Lake with Hangzhou Tower a few hundred meters away and plenty of dining, a rich breakfast with especially-good Western dishes in a nice breakfast area, a decent Chinese restaurant, and smiling detailed service with Talia running a pre-arrival needs questionnaire; high value for the center and guests definitely return. Caveats though: the towels run thin for thick-towel fans.
