“JW's pavilion perch”
JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a lovely stay for many — a perfect location opposite Pavilion Bukit Bintang, an amazing breakfast, extremely helpful staff, and a modern still-new-looking room. Caveats though are serious: one room had flies, dead lights and hair on the chair, and a severe dissent reports a king confirmation delivered as a twin after a long argument, a noisy connecting room reached by stairs with heavy luggage, an old toilet, a flimsy toothbrush, and a room charge taken again on the card despite prepaid confirmation — conduct the guest found hard to believe at a Marriott.
