Clean hygienic with attentive service and a super good stay for some, JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe offers very comfortable beds, a spacious room, a refined rich breakfast, new facilities, a nice environment, on-point service and a fifteen-percent spa discount. Two serious complaints though: wifi is chargeable — a first for a well-travelled guest — service read so-poor one guest preferred the Westin or Hilton next door, bathwater ran brown, and the airport sits an hour away.
