Caveats though are serious: lounge drinks only start at five-thirty, and a severe dissent reports chatting bellhops who never helped with luggage, a long unacknowledged wait at a two-person desk, fittings resembling an upgraded budget chain, and service unworthy of the rate — that guest will not return.
