“Cebu's hilltop marco polo”
Up on the hill near Tops and Sirao Garden, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is a nice excellent stay: kind problem-solving staff, a lovely room view, a great lobby gelato, a full kit of pool, gym and spa, a many-option buffet breakfast guests recommend and a fantastic outdoor smoking area. One nit: no water dispensers in the floor hallways.
