“Punta negra's mandarin”
On a magnificent setting, Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is a wonderful fantastic stay for many: incredible staff — named thanks for a receptionist and a nightly dinner server — and very pleasant service overall. Dissents though: an opened-too-early feel, infrastructure and gardens still under construction, only one restaurant running and a reception below five-star level, plus restaurant service too slow for the hotel's class, hopefully improving.
