Is Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Krasnapolsky's Dam Square icon, mixed rooms”
Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam sits right on Dam Square — a department store and the square at the door, ten minutes to the station, everything walkable or by tram/metro/canal cruise; cozy quiet rooms face internal courtyards, fantastic rich breakfasts, a tasty in-house restaurant, post-check-in service calls and smiling staff. Two strong complaints: one guest calls it a photo-mismatch — small rooms, old corridors, a dusty nightstand, plastic placemats and a lone egg chef; another found the restaurant's Southeast-Asian staff lecturing and rude; layout allows only one open suitcase.
