“Constanza's split verdict”
Close to a large shopping mall, restaurants and public transport — a kids' playground nearby — NH Collection Constanza is a convenient pleasant stay for some: a spacious clean room and nice service. Severe pans though: one guest called it the trip's worst, a strong mould smell on entry, an ancient knob-style AC roaring like a tractor, a tiny room with no luggage space, a flooding shower and a plain bread-and-ham breakfast with barely any hot dishes, while another rated the front desk very bad especially towards Asian guests, reported most rooms facing the loud main road with five-o'clock wake-ups, all sights needing a ride through heavy peak traffic, and a pretty-pictured but actually-bad unchanging breakfast at a steep supplement skipped the last two days.
