“Smart Copenhagen base, bathroom quirk”
NH Collection Copenhagen is a modern, clean hotel easily reached from the airport on the M2 line, a hundred metres from the metro and walkable to the main sights and the Royal Arena. Guests praise the warm, welcoming service — a free late checkout and a birthday surprise were arranged — the excellent restaurant and breakfast with made-to-order eggs, and a handy free umbrella service. Quibbles recur: the bathroom has no door, the basin is small, one guest found breakfast variety limited, and there is no pool while the gym is basic. Otherwise a five-star feel.
