Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Grand Hansa's station-side stay”
NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa is a newly-renovated Helsinki hotel in excellent condition — very clean spacious rooms (a rare oversized twin) with bathtubs and the comfiest hotel slippers one guest met, a superb spot beside the central station, trams and malls, a great breakfast, a complimentary sauna slot, and enthusiastic English-speaking staff who carried luggage and surprised a birthday guest with handmade chocolate and a suite upgrade. Two nits: a receptionist sent guests on a stair-heavy room route, and cleanliness could improve slightly.
