“Gran Via rooftop gem, tiny basins”
NH Collection Gran Via sits in the heart of Madrid with transport, dining and shopping at the door. Rooms are clean and typically compact — one felt small even for its stated size — but balconies deliver lovely views, especially in the festive season, and the rooftop bar ranks among Madrid's best. Breakfast is satisfying with a beautiful view and choices for every diet, including a chef-made tortilla guests praise; reception staff are lovely and service is precise and timely. One request recurs: replace the too-small bathroom basin.
