“NH Cinquecento's Termini convenience”

Hotel NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento is a clean, quiet Rome hotel opposite Termini — minutes from the station with buses and metro to sights, big comfortable rooms, a rich delicious breakfast (fresh fruit, even honeycomb), polite staff who call mid-stay to check in, and a tranquil environment. Notes: smallish rooms per one guest; the breakfast repeats identically across a longer stay; free water and tea were forgotten, unwashed cups remained, and a bath went uncleaned; and a slow bathtub drain reported day one was never fixed — Google says five stars, service is four.

Rooms: Big, clean rooms; a clogged tub unfixed.
Service: Polite, mid-stay-checking staff; lapses occurred though.
Location: Opposite Termini for easy Rome transit.
Food: A rich breakfast; identical repeats daily though.
Cleanliness: Unwashed cups and bath were once found.
Value: A worthy Termini-side stay for the guests.
