“NH Fori Imperiali's heart-of-Rome perch”
NH Collection Fori Imperiali is a gorgeous heart-of-Rome hotel — walkable to everything, bigger-than-expected rooms, an exceptional terrace with breathtaking views, superb smooth service (Constanzo handled check-in and taxis), a pillow menu, nightly snacks and turndown, and an à-la-carte breakfast with good service. Honest notes: rooms are very small to some and a bit dark, the hotel is cold inside, the AC cools slowly, housekeeping forgets consumables (though requests come fast), the welcome card bore another guest's name, the minibar is not free, basic breakfast divides opinion, touts sell watches by the door, and aging shows in places — a 4.5-star striving for five.
