Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia is a stylish 2025 five-star on a quiet Gaia hillside — a short downhill walk to the bustling waterfront, superb river-and-bridge views, art scattered through the grounds, a tended garden and a pool nobody wants to leave. Staff are friendly throughout, food and drinks excellent, breakfast superb, and the wine-cellar tour with tasting is a highlight; the spa is small but its treatments — the Indian head massage especially — are high quality. One guest's only notes: a somewhat small, viewless room.
