“Renovated Adeje resort, uneven finish”
Tivoli la Caleta Resort surprises guests who expected an old property — it was renovated around 2020-2021 and feels new, clean and beautiful, very close to the beach with a resort-like pool some compare favourably to the Ritz-Carlton next door. Spacious rooms with huge bathrooms, valet parking, free parking, welcome drinks and a rich breakfast with Chinese-friendly hot dishes and fresh juices please, alongside a good seafood dinner buffet. One thorough dissent, though: a garden room faced the road, the first room offered was the worst and the swap fought for was little better, cleaning skipped the bin, breakfast dishes came out dirty, and the pool area is cramped for the hotel's size.
