Near Fifth Avenue and all the relevant attractions yet far enough for very quiet nights with easy public transport, Archer Hotel New York is a great little updated hotel: compact New York small rooms that pack everything needed, a great bed and bathroom, comfy pillows, nice touches like a bedtime sweet, a wonderful rooftop — though the Spyglass Bar is just okay beyond the view — good room served food and a limited regular American restaurant menu.
