“Catete's royal regency”
Close to the metro, Royal Regency Palace Hotel is a good nice stay for many: a diverse lovely tasty breakfast, brand-new in-room fittings, a good convenient location, a big cozy comfortable room and a good front desk earning recommendations. Dissents though: a flooded room whose compensation request was ignored — wet clothes laundered free — and a refusal of pool use after checkout while awaiting a transfer.
