Clean modern facilities, a great view from the room, a good breakfast, an in-house restaurant and supermarkets next door give Venit Mio Hotel a decent base — and one guest found the location less than ideal. Serious grumbles though: a shower problem reported to reception brought no action, daily bathroom cleaning ran light, the phone and TV were unreliable, a toilet seat wouldn't stay up, the AC ran loud, a room-service tray lingered nearly a day, wifi was bad and minibar water cost plenty unannounced; several felt value lagged.
