“Southbank's wrap apartments”
In a great Southbank spot, Wrap on Southbank earns awesome satisfied marks for many: excellent professional customer service, a spacious apartment with a very nice balcony view, a great environment and easy getting around. Dissents though: a slow internet that forced freezing balcony work calls, no room service despite a package implying otherwise, towels needing desk swaps, a suspected washer-drainage fault leaking into the pantry and bathroom and thin dishwashing and laundry supplies.
