“Broadbeach towers, dated decor”
Avani Broadbeach Residences offers apartment stays close to everything — beach, mall and light rail a short walk, many restaurants nearby, and a 24-hour concierge. Guests praise upgrades — one landed a two-bedroom — ocean-view rooms where sunrise is visible from bed, a garbage chute making self-catering easy, and second-to-none customer service. Counterpoints: no daily housekeeping is standard, the property looks bland and dated to one guest, parking costs extra each night, and rooms beside the rubbish chute may catch odors.
