“New Jeddah stay, sharp dissent”
SHIRVAN Hotel City Yard Jeddah divides opinion. Most reviewers call it an excellent or even the best option in Jeddah — clean and new with wonderful staff, good facilities, nice hospitality, pools and a strong location near a popular fish restaurant. Two guests disagree sharply: one reported non-working lights, a broken bathroom lock and very slow service, calling it the worst in the city, and another described a slightly tired property fine mainly as a transit overnight. The majority view is positive, but the negative reports cite concrete maintenance and service problems.
