“Pegasus's caldera views”

Pegasus Suites & Spa is a fabulous Santorini stay — stunning caldera views, nice private rooms, fantastic breakfast, excellent food, a great location, and amazing extra-mile always-welcoming staff. Caveats though: a severe report describes an upgrade that arrived dirty and smelly with a pathetic view — hours on the phone produced a better suite that still was not the booked one; another guest had maintenance workers repeatedly enter a private pool courtyard unannounced while guests sunbathed, and housekeeping management could improve.

Rooms: Private rooms; a dirty upgrade though.
Service: Amazing staff; privacy lapses though, guests report.
Location: Stunning caldera views for guests on each stay.
Food: A fantastic breakfast for guests on each stay.
Facilities: Private plunge spots for guests on each stay.
Value: Worth it per the guests here.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping could improve though, guests report.
