“THE Orient's old money”
THE Orient is an excellent smartest-choice stay — Kobe's deserved-flagship first hotel where Einstein and Marilyn Monroe once stayed, old-money maritime charm from lobby to room with ceiling fans, shutters, rattan furniture and heritage displays, an aged-but-renovated solid design, very clean big rooms with good flow, a super large bed and details like silky pajamas, cables and thick soft towels, comfortable bedding and pajamas throughout, delicious breakfast toast, Kobe beef in the hotel restaurant, a good quiet location walking distance to Kobe Harbour and the shopping centre, a great view, and friendly excellent staff.
