“Stylish all-inclusive, mosquito and service gripes”
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres is a gorgeous, immaculate all-inclusive — stylish rooms and pools, open airy restaurants, tasty food and genuinely warm staff for many. But complaints run real: mosquitoes swarm the grounds; one guest found a waiter deliberately clattering plates and stacking dishes mid-order, calling service unprofessional for the level; the approach road feels dark and remote without a car; night lighting is poor with tripping hazards; and activities are thin.
