“Milan's clerici boutique”
Hidden on a quiet back street within walking distance of the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco and the fashion district — quaint delicious restaurants around the corner — Clerici Boutique Hotel is a very nice outstanding-staff stay: a clean comfortable well-appointed room, a comfortable bed, a lift, exceptionally-helpful fluent-English staff who were kind when a guest's wife fell ill, fun decor and a definite-return intent. One nit: dark decor made a room feel dark, and curtains couldn't open against the overlooking offices.
