“Byron's mixed luxury”
On a truly perfect location, Hotel Byron draws unforgettable-stay praise: an intimate beautiful property, an amazing room, top-tier facilities and a wonderful team whose quiet warmth and thoughtful care left guests feeling looked after — a romantic recommendation couples can't wait to repeat. A severe dissent though: nowhere near five-star standard per one guest — poorly-designed rooms with scraped floors, scratched walls and negative-feeling colours, and dismissive unhelpful service offering excuses over solutions.
