“Tiny Roman boutique near the Spanish Steps”

TB Place Roma is a friendly boutique steps — literally a block — from the Spanish Steps, with shops, eateries and most Roman sights walkable. Rooms are small with small windows but quality materials, service is warm and professional across front desk, restaurant and housekeeping, the suite layouts are intuitive, and staff went all-out for one guest's accessibility needs. Breakfast is a good all-Western spread. The elevator is comically small — two or three people at most.
