“China Grain's lake-view Shanghai stay”
China Grain Hotel is a clean, reliable Shanghai hotel — a good spot near a metro station with shopping and dining convenient, very big rooms facing Huangxing Park's lake with a magnificent view, a good breakfast, complete facilities, and extremely nice helpful warm staff; an underestimated domestic brand per a fan. The complaints: aging, poorly-maintained fittings — a moldy showerhead — the lake view alone justifies staying; and a room arrived dusty with film across the furniture.
