“Los cabos' krystal grand”
With a heated well-kept adults-only pool and a good near-sea position, Krystal Grand Los Cabos - All Inclusive earns okay marks for many: decent food with well-seasoned Mexican plates, better à la carte restaurants and an attentive AC technician. Dissents though carry severe weight: a broken room — dead toilet, broken tap and clogged drain with checkout refused in favour of a swap — plus mouldy pool grout, denied in-hours drinks with premium bottles hidden, dirty rusty balcony chairs, aged facilities, a six-am lounger-reserving crowd, bottom-shelf liquor, weak air conditioning and a frozen-supermarket-level pizza verdict.
