“Michigan Avenue stay”
On an absolutely terrific central spot off the Magnificent Mile — everything walkable — Omni Chicago Hotel launched one vacation well with modern comfortable good-sized rooms, a good gym and the 676 restaurant plus big breakfasts with a mini menu on request. Serious complaints though: the lobby sits on the third floor needing an elevator change, parking was a nightmare, a daughter was overcharged an absurd amount that staff wouldn't remove, forcing a card dispute, one room had a large pest sighting, room 1610 by the elevator was extremely noisy with slow lifts, a member got a late-checkout charge, and shower pressure blasted everywhere.
