“Epsom's ascot motel”
Ascot Epsom Motel earns clean convenient marks for some: good desk service, easy parking, many nearby Chinese eateries and an okay basic old room for short stays. Dissents though carry severe weight: a once-recommended no-more report — rats mice ants and flies, chipped tiles, flaking paint, broken furnishings and a flooding shower — plus weak far-room wifi, an unmanned morning desk, a narrow turn lane, coin laundry needing own detergent and bond deductions if a late checkout was not written down.
