Once in Mykonos is an adults-only resort setting a high luxury bar — relaxing well-kept rooms, sea-and-boats views a little windy from the elevation, a phenomenal breakfast, a lovely pool bar and restaurant, bus and beach proximity, and above-and-beyond staff (the F&B and reception managers excelled; a boutique attendant dressed guests whose luggage arrived at midnight). Caveats: the arranged transfer ran an hour late and one desk agent knew nothing of the water taxi.
