Is Hotel des Balances good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“des Balances' riverfront spot”
Hotel des Balances is an unbeatable riverside Lucerne location — windows framing snow mountains, the river, and a church, six minutes from the station, valet-arranged parking, an excellent abundant-portioned restaurant, a very nice room, clean quarters, and good communicative staff. Caveats though: one room ran too small with an odd ceiling, a slight smell was noted, toothbrush kits were missed, and a manager-guest disagreement played out in front of one party.
