Staylist AI overview · based on 7 public guest reviews
“Pantheon-view charmer, rigid refund stance”
Albergo del Senato sits beside the Pantheon — one upgraded guest could nearly touch it — a century-old hotel with a great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, walkable-everything location and a delicious, varied breakfast. Back-facing standard rooms run dark, the shower water pressure failed one guest, and there's no gym or pool. The serious black mark: a guest cancelling four days ahead over a father's health was refused any amendment or refund despite listed terms, keeping the full stay fee even after the booking site intervened.
