“Dara Al Rayan's spacious value, service gaps”
Dara Al Rayan is a clean, spacious, well-equipped Riyadh hotel in a nice quiet location with a Chinese supermarket nearby — classy polite reception dealings and an especially praiseworthy Mr Fares, good business, and helpful staff; one management reply is excluded. One severe dissent reports: five days without cleaning, a badly-off Uber pin with no taxis around, a booking the desk could not find at check-in, a pre-sent parcel repeatedly refused and returned (costing dearly), a second parcel self-collected, phones unanswered, no English, and emails read but never replied.
