“Vienna's topazz lamee”
In the heart of the city, Hotel Topazz & Lamée earns perfect thumbs-up marks for many: a big spacious clean room sized for a family, an excellent accommodating kind service team, strong housekeeping and a close-if-luggage-hauling car park. One severe dissent though: a photos-versus-reality report — hostel-like rather than five-star, no refund, a move elsewhere — plus an open shower area a teen found privacy-poor.
