“Riyadh's palette credi”
An area landmark, Palette Luxury Credi Hotel earns good-service marks for some. Dissents though carry severe weight: a refused check-in after a twenty-four-hour delay despite contact — a second payment demanded — a cancelled-two-minutes booking whose free-cancellation refund never came, an unclean room with a very dirty bathroom, a jacuzzi suite with weak fill pressure, housekeeping and mattress-replacement gaps plus bus-route confusion and a mis-pinned map location.
