“Spark Hobby's split stay”
Spark by Hilton Houston Hobby Airport offers a mixed stay — excellent staff and a timely airport shuttle for some, many charging stations, clear signage and food variety for others. But the complaints bite: unchanged dirty bedding with foundation stains and hair was reported, a booked two-queen became a king then a room with a stuck shower door, no in-room tea or coffee (a lobby trip at night), brown first-run tub water, lousy coffee and old-looking eggs.
