“Six-star service on the waterfront”
Serras Barcelona inspires rare loyalty — several call it the best five-star they have stayed in, and staff are named for setting the bar high. The arrival ritual sets the tone: cold towels, handmade chocolate, cava, a hotel tour and fresh tapas waiting in a spotless, well-equipped room. The rooftop terrace with its pool and the fabulous rooftop restaurant are loved, and staff excel at recommendations, transport and thoughtful touches like water for outings. The only note of caution is the setting itself: the area is described as very touristy.
