“The Charles' Harvard Square classic”
The Charles Hotel Harvard Square is an underrated, historically-styled Cambridge hotel — next to the Kennedy School and streets from Harvard Yard, a university-adorned lobby, spacious rooms with soft bathrobes and a quirky TV-mirror bathroom, snacks and drinks that kids love, a really nice breakfast, lobster rolls and grilled lobster praised, a ten-minute walk to Harvard Square's restaurants and metro, and understanding staff — a post-midnight missed-connection arrival was handled graciously.
