Boston Harbor Hotel is for many one of Boston's best — a five-day impeccable stay with harbor-view rooms, perfect location near Quincy Market and a fifteen-minute Chinatown walk, an airport water taxi arriving at the door, excellent breakfast, and attentive comfortable service. Caveats though: a severe report cites zero soundproofing with three-a.m. conversations, seventy-dollar daily valet, iPad-only breakfast ordering, inedible adult room-service dishes including a whole burnt cauliflower, odd-tasting canned water, and a broken door lock that nearly delayed a flight.
