“Stellenbosch's de zalze”
On a wine-estate golf course, De Zalze Lodge splits opinion: a beautiful large room with course and pool views, an incredible pool, a perfect peaceful trip-starter location, friendly staff, a great breakfast and sublime sensational dining at the clubhouse. Dissents though: a severe theft-and-not-safe report around the golf club, a building-site-feeling new room still in plaster, a hard-to-find block far from reception, a ten checkout clashing with midday tee times and a basic feel for one.
