“Stafford London's split”
The Stafford London is a comfortable calm classic professional English five-star for many — tucked off Haymarket five minutes (three by the lane) from Green Park tube with Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park through the park, well-maintained renovated facilities, a clean very good environment, an excellent breakfast, a perfect location, amazing staff, and very English attentive detailed service. Caveats though: a severe dissent found the room tiny and cramped for the rate and the whole service team cold and heartless — an anniversary upgrade floated free-then-250-then-400 across emails and arrival, a management problem worth weighing carefully.
